Toolkit global functionality update/changes – Q3 2015

What’s happening:
As part of our continued effort to improve the customer experience, we have a number of changes being implemented in the Toolkit in the coming weeks. The changes are as follows:

1. Hong Kong, Brazil and Canada Data access component [INFRASTRUCTURE] – Aug 21, 2015
2. Failure Score Update – Poland – Oct 9, 2015

What this means:
Customers will have access to enhanced data in several countries in the Global Data Packets. Enhanced scoring data is available to global customers on Polish businesses.

What you need to know:
Customers do not need to pay for any software upgrades to receive this functionality. These changes will automatically be incorporated in the toolkit. Specific details of these changes are as follows:

1. Hong Kong, Brazil and Canada Data access component [INFRASTRUCTURE] – Aug 21, 2015
As part of our ongoing stabilization initiative, we will migrate the data access of Global Data Packets (GDP) for Hong Kong, Brazil and Canada to be accessed via an updated data access component.  Data elements that were previously not available in these countries will now be available. Details of the changes can be found here »

For customers using Toolkit Monitoring, the volume of notices on Hong Kong and Canadian businesses will increase as updates are made to the Hong Kong and Canadian businesses.

2. Failure Score Update – Poland– Oct 9, 2015
Over the weekend of the 9-11th October 2015 D&B will be implementing an updated Failure Score for businesses based in Poland.
