What’s happening:

As part of our continued effort to improve the customer experience, we have a number of changes being implemented in the Toolkit in the coming weeks. The changes are as follows:

What this means:

Customers will have access to enhanced data in several countries in the Global Data Packets. Enhanced scoring data is available to global customers on Austrian & Slovak businesses.

What you need to know:

Customers do not need to pay for any software upgrades to receive this functionality. These changes will automatically be incorporated in the toolkit. Specific details of these changes are as follows:

As part of our ongoing stabilization initiative, we will migrate the data access of Global Data Packets (GDP) for Hong Kong which will now be accessed via an updated component.  Data elements that were previously not available in Hong Kong will now be available. Details of the changes for Hong Kong will be posted by the end of the week at

For customers using Toolkit Monitoring, the volume of notices on Hong Kong businesses will increase as updates are made to the Hong Kong businesses.

The Paydex field (<PAYD_SCR>), Paydex 3 months ago (<PAYD_3_MO_AGO>) and the Total Payments (<TOT_PMT>) field for businesses in Switzerland will be delivered in GDP packets after July 10, 2015.

The local Activity code and Local Activity code type (NACE Code) fields will now be populated for Irish businesses, where available. For example:<LCL_ACTV_CD>1533</LCL_ACTV_CD>  <LCL_ACTV_CD_TYPE>4</LCL_ACTV_CD_TYPE>
