Chief Executive Officer

Magnus Silfverberg

Magnus took over as CEO of Bisnode Group in the summer of 2015. He has started a transformation journey for the company to position Bisnode as the leading Data & Analytics company in Europe. During his time at Bisnode the company has acquired Swan Insights, a “Big Data” analytics company in Belgium, Global Group, a consumer data marketing company in Germany and NN Markedsdata, a data and analytics company in Denmark.

Most recently he was CEO of the Betsson Group. The gaming industry is heavily data-driven, which gives Magnus a unique insight into the possibilities of Bisnode's offering. In addition to a long career in sales, management and business development from international Tech companies such as HP and Accenture, he has a Master of Science in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.

Regional Director, International Markets

Birger Baylund

Birger joined Bisnode when the credit information company he founded, DEBITOR, was acquired. With a decade of experience in driving the development of DEBITOR and in previous managerial positions at companies such as Dun & Bradstreet and SAS, Birger has solid experience in both sales management and the credit and market analysis market. Birger holds a Master in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School.

Chief Strategy Officer

Joachim Karlsson

Joachim is Chief Strategy Officer at Bisnode with a background in venture capital, tech industries and as entrepreneur. He joined Bisnode in 2015 as Group Director of Innovation and Chief Product Officer. Previously, Joachim has been partner KTH Chalmers Capital, VP at Telelogic and CEO and founder of Focal Point AB. He has a PhD in computer science.

Chief People and Culture Officer

Stewart O'Brien

Stewart joined Bisnode in December 2017 and moved into the Chief People & Culture Officer role in early 2020. He has deep experience working on large scale change programs internationally, working for companies such as Diageo, Lion and Blackdot. In addition to working across the full spectrum of Human Resources disciplines, Stewart has extensive commercial experience in sales, business start-ups and consulting across Banking and Finance, Technology and Consumer Goods.

Chief Technology Officer

Mattias Oldenburg

Mattias has more than 15 years working within IT at Bisnode. He started out as an IT Manager/Systems Architect and rose through the ranks to Chief Group Architect. He has been Chief Technology Officer since January, 2017. Mattias is a very sharp system developer with brilliant architectural skills. He describes himself as a fanatic data nerd using his skills whenever it is possible, even to simplify family life.

Regional Director D A CH

Dirk Radetzki

Dirk took over as Regional Director D A CH in April 2017. He joined Bisnode from global IT company Teradata. Dirk has profound experience in data analytics, sales and marketing and a strong focus on customer centric, fast paced and transformational business contexts. Dirk holds a Master of BA in Management and International Marketing from University in Bath in addition to his German Electrical and Electronical Engineering.

Chief Financial Officer

Karin Sandsjö

Karin took over as CFO of Bisnode in September 2016. She joined the company from the Seattle-based technology company Parallells. Karin has broad international experience from companies such as Microsoft and PwC, and from both the software sector and financial management and development. Karin holds a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Karlstad.

Chief Product Officer

Jon Slorer

Jon has been a part of the Bisnode Group since 2011. He has a background from companies including Microsoft, IBM and Icon Medialab, and extensive experience in both business development and sales and leadership. Jon has a Master of Finance Management from BI Norweigan Business School, a Master of Engineering from the Imperial College in London and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.

Chairman of the Board

Anders Slettengren

Ratos
Anders Slettengren is Vice President at Ratos since 2018, Business Area President in Consumer & Technology, with a previous experience from Industrifonden (CEO), Novax (CEO), Microsoft and Unilever.

In addition to being a member of Bisnode’s board of directors, he is also Chairman of the board in Oase Outdoors and Plantasjen and board member in Kvdbil. He holds a MSc degree in Economics.

Bisnodes' owners

Bisnode is 70 percent owned by the listed investment company Ratos. The business concept is to generate the highest possible return through the professional, active and responsible exercise of its ownership role in a number of selected companies.
