Working conditions for Bisnode employees are regulated through employment contracts and through collective agreements. Freedom of association applies throughout Bisnode.
During the first quarter of the year, every employee has a performance review with his or her immediate manager, followed by a follow-up discussion after six months.
Bisnode's efforts with work environment aim to create a workplace that is stimulating and promotes personal and professional development for all employees. Work environment includes both the physical and the psychosocial work environment. Health and safety are integrated in everything we do and great emphasis is placed on preventive work environment and wellness initiatives. We also create opportunities for our employees to promote their own health by offering annual wellness allowances.
Every department at Bisnode defines targets for work environment improvements based on the focus of their operations. These targets are combined with Bisnode's general targets and work environment policies. Bisnode evaluates the company's working environment initiatives on an ongoing basis to enable continuous improvements in working conditions.
