Bisnode is taking the next step on the road to market leadership in decision support. In order to achieve the goal of helping the customers make smart decision Bisnode has launched a strengthened organization that will add customer value via new corporate IT- and product innovation platforms. Bisnode Group management is now set up with central business support functions and an increased focus on the Nordic countries.

In order to leverage on scale and growth opportunities on Bisnode’s largest markets, the group now increases its Nordic focus and has established a common, centralized IT- and Product Management organization. Anders Borg, new Chief Product Officer (CPO), takes lead on developing Bisnode’s current and future offering within the new common customer centric organization. Zlatko Ninic, Chief Information Officer (CIO), takes lead of Bisnode’s common IT-platform, which is core of the business.

Group Management will also be strengthened with two new business support functions to increase capacity and capability within HR and Marketing. Anne-Marie Andric, currently HR Manager at Microsoft in Sweden, is appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).She will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent when she joins Bisnode on December 1. Recruitment of a new CMO has been initiated.

Country Directors in the Nordic countries will work together with the new group management team to find new synergies and growth opportunities. They will report directly to the CEO. The former regional structure in Nordic is being dissolved, and therefore the Regional Director in the Nordics, Björn-Erik Karlsson, has decided to leave Bisnode. He has been driving the ‘one Bisnode’-strategy successfully and has created a solid platform for Bisnode to move onto the next chapter.
