The best overall grade for D&B Finland
D&B Finland recently received an award for ”Best Company in business information industry in Finland”. The analysis was answered by 1,174 desicion makers between August-October 2008.
The weighted average of the analysis became 7,81. Dun & Bradstreet Finland received the best mean value (8,21) of the contact information services and it´s brand was among the top three companies of the reference group. Dun & Bradstreet Finland has received the best general grade three times within the last five years.
Dun & Bradstreet Finland was ranked best on:
- Customer service
- Reliability/delivery assurance
- Service reliability
- Staff expertise
