QUICKLY VERIFY AND ENHANCE CUSTOMER DATA
PAR has worked with Cybernetics - a Microsoft partner and specialist in Dynamics CRM - to develop the One-by-One plug-in. WHAT ONE-BY-ONE DOES FOR THE USER
One-by-One enables users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to input search information they have, say from a telephone conversation, and immediately enhance it with all other data from the ECP database, such as postal address, phone number, activity code, size of company and decision-makers' names. The Cybernetics application opens a search window with a hot list of basic information so users can select the correct company and populate the CRM with all relevant fields.
The record is automatically flagged for monthly synchronisation so that any changes made to the EuroContactPool database are also updated in the in-house CRM system.
Per Lofgren, International Product Director for PAR, says: "The most common reason for inaccurate data on a company's CRM system is manual inputting errors and empty fields. The One-by-One plug-in eradicates that by automatically populating the relevant fields and synchronising on an ongoing basis enabling clients to always have updated and correct data in their CRM systems".
Data records can be accessed either on an individual basis using One-by-One, by importing segments or updating an entire database.

The launch of the One-by-One plug-in provides database cleansing and enhancement on a pan-European basis to thousands of users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It significantly increases a company's ability to maintain accurate information on both its existing and prospect client data
