PAR harnesses irish data as Dublin keeps doubling
Swedish data giant, PAR, has added Irish business data to its EuroContactPool pan-European business-to-business database, the fastest-growing in the world.
PAR’s link-up with Dublin-based IDS Media Group, who will supply updated information to the data pool on a monthly basis, reflects the growing influence of Ireland on the European business economy.
The announcement follows a number of high-profile corporate defections from London to Dublin by companies keen to take advantage of the business-friendly tax regime and Ireland’s adoption of the Euro.
Ireland also has strong links with America, where EuroContactPool is increasingly promoted as a one-stop data gateway to Europe.
The inclusion of Ireland will add information on 267,000 companies and 160,000 decision-makers, increasing the EuroContactPool database holding to 21.3 million businesses in 16 countries.

The Irish data will enable users to select businesses by sector, size, classification, and location. It will also provide contact details of decision-makers by job sector and title.
