Bisnode core business functions
Sales
Sales persons are top priority in the Group. To drive sales is a great talent that Bisnode appreciate and motivate. You can choose to work with direct sales using telemarketing, customer visits or work with bigger contracts as key account manager. If you succeed the step to be promoted as sales manager isn't far away.
Product development
The Group offers a large amount of different digital online products and services. Each product is unique and customized for markets, industries or different customer target groups. If you are good at business trends and innovative thinking you are perfect for this job. A good product makes satisfied customers therefore all products needs to be developing all the time. Product development is made in each company but also on a central group level as greenfield projects.
Infrastructure and IT
Almost all products and services are delivered online and the foundation of them is optimised databases. The group employs you who have a talent for network, programming, database management, search optimization, security, IT infrastructure, support, helpdesk etc.
Administration
Bisnode has a decentralised organisation where all subsidiaries are independent with their own management and business controller. Within this area there are a lot of functions as economics, business controllers, recipients of orders, assistants and administrators.
Management
With Bisnode’s decentralised and flat organisation there are always needs of good leaders. If you are a talented and motivated leader who has the skills to manage, motivate and develop individuals combined with driving sales and profitability you have the possibility to be a managing director at one of our companies. The flat organisation gives the opportunity to grow within the group as both an individual and as a manager to be a country manager, business unit director or CEO. In the group we also have manager functions within the areas information, marketing, financials and IT.
